Do You Foil Wrap the Candy Bars?
Yes. We wrap the foil over the existing candy bar wrapper.
Do You Sell Wrappers Only?
Yes, you can buy just the wrappers.
Why Do I need Foil? (more information)
Hershey no longer uses a foil wrapper.
They now have a tamper-resistant package with brown crimped ends which will stick out from under the personalized wrapper. The foil sheet are pre-cut and easy to use. It gives your favor a more polished, professional look.
How Do I Wrap the Candy Bars?
All wrapper only orders come with easy to follow instructions.
Can I Make Changes to the Existing Wrappers Your Offer?
Yes, our designs are for sample purposes only. You can have whatever wording you want on the wrapper. In many cases, we can also change the colors. There is NO CHARGE for making changes to existing designs
Can You Create A Custom Design For Me?
If none of our templates meet your needs, we will create a custom wrapper for you from scratch.
Can I add a Photo to My Wrapper?
Yes. Just email us an uncropped photo and we will add it to your wrapper. There is NO CHARGE for adding a photo.
Can You Add Our Company Logo?
Yes. There is a one-time set-up charge of $20.00

How Do I Place An Order?
All of our products can be ordered through our shopping cart. Computer shy? or, have any special requests and need to speak with us directly, please call 877-600-7611.
Will You Send Me A Proof of My Wrapper?
Yes. We will email you a proof for your approval. No orders will be shipped without approval of wrapper.
Can I Make Changes After I Approve the Proof?
We reserve the right to print orders immediately following your approval. Although, when it is not a rush order you will usually have at least 24 hours to make a change. This cannot be guaranteed and if wrappers have already been printed you may keep or pay for new wrappers.
What if there is a mistake on my wrapper after I receive it?
We send a proof of all designs for approval by the customer. Please review it carefully. We are not responsible for any printing errors after you receive your order.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We process orders according to event date. We do provide a "date needed" space on our order form. Most order will be shipped to meet this date. If the event is several weeks away from your "date needed" we reserve the right to push orders ahead that have an earlier event date. Your order will still arrive in time for your event.
Can You Rush My Order?
Yes. $10.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 7 days. $15.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 5 days, $25 for orders needed in less than 3 days. In most cases, unless local, rush orders will need to ship 2-day or overnight service.
Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
We DO ship chocolate all year. During the months of April-Oct. (only if warm) or all year when shipping to warm climate areas, chocolate orders will be shipped in an insulated container. There is a $6.00 charge for this container. Please use a ship to address where someone is available to receive the package. All warm weather orders must be signed for - we are not responsible for any chocolate orders left outside.
What If The Candy Bar Are Soft When They Arrive?
If the candy bars feel soft, do not handle or press on them. Leave at room temperature or air conditioning if weather is hot and they should come back to the original state. Do not put in the refrigerator. The chocolate can turn white and although edible, it is not too pretty.
Will you share my personal information?
Any personal information provided to us by our customers will never be shared with or distributed to other companies. Your personal information is used solely for processing your order.
